Russia Threatens To Take Military Action Against Two More European Nations – Russia threatened two more European nations on Friday that if they attempt to join NATO they will face “serious military and political repercussions” from Russia. The threat comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered his forces to invade Ukraine this week.

During a press conference, Russian foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, “Finland and Sweden should not base their security on damaging the security of other countries and their accession to NATO can have detrimental consequences and face some military and political consequences.” – READ MORE

Report: Biden admin gave China intelligence on Russia in bid for help — then China handed it off to Russia – President Joe Biden’s diplomatic strategy in Russia has been roundly criticized in recent days following Russian President Vladimir Putin’s launch of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine over and against the U.S. president’s wishes.

In the months preceding the invasion, Biden resolved to appeal to Putin’s reason, urging him to “return to diplomacy” for the sake of Russia’s “credibility worldwide.” The strategy failed. Under threat of certain sanctions, but never military resistance, Putin went ahead with the unprovoked assault. – READ MORE

CDC Announces Indoor Masking No Longer Required Just Before Biden’s SOTU – The indoor use of face masks is no longer required, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said Friday, just before President Biden’s State of the Union Address on Tuesday.

Without a change in the science of coronavirus transmission, the CDC lowered the bar and put forth new guidance that places more than half of U.S. counties under low or medium risk of coronavirus, where masking up is no longer suggested. “That accounts for roughly 70 percent of Americans,” NBC News reported. – READ MORE

The Israeli data that nukes the Pfizer vaccine: What did Pfizer know and when did they know it? – Last year, Philip Dormitzer, the chief scientific officer at Pfizer, described Israel as “a sort of laboratory” to “see the effect” of his company’s vaccines. Well, it took over a year into the vaccine drive that injected most Israelis with three shots and some with four to finally publish information on adverse events. What Israel published earlier this month based on a health ministry survey of 2,049 people who got booster shots is not only damning, but unmistakably revealing that there is no way Pfizer did not see these adverse events during the clinical trials in 2020. What did they know and when did they know it?

On Feb. 10, the Israeli Health Ministry published (English version here) the results of a survey of adverse events among roughly 2,000 random Israelis who received booster shots. It’s shocking that it took this long for them to conduct such a survey and didn’t do this a year ago, but it’s better late than never. Just the top-line numbers from the survey should alarm us all. A total of 75% of women and 58% of men reported experiencing at least one side effect within the 21- to 30-day follow-up period of the interview. Obviously, the majority of these were minor, but 51% of the women and 35% of the men who experienced a side effect reported that as a result, they had difficulty performing daily activities. – READ MORE

Maskless Woman Denied Bus Entry, Gets Run Over By Same Vehicle And Dies In California – In the name of public health and safety, a California woman named Lucy Prieto Frescas, 59, recently died after being denied entry to a San Jose public bus because she refused to wear a face mask as policy mandates in Santa Clara County, California.

As the vehicle was departing, Prieto Frescas allegedly tripped and somehow fell underneath the bus, and was subsequently run over by the back wheels of that same vehicle. For its part, the San Jose Valley Transport Authority — which operates the bus in question — has claimed that the woman ran after the bus after safely stepping onto the sidewalk and fell under the wheels unbeknownst to the driver. – READ MORE

Biden Admin Freezes New Oil And Gas Drilling Leases Despite Recent Court-Ordered Injunction – As oil prices continue to rocket, now further helped along by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the Biden administration is still fighting tooth and nail to freeze new oil and gas drilling leases – even after a court ruled against the administration for using a metric to estimate “the societal cost of carbon emissions” to justify their move.

Despite the court’s ruling, Biden’s administration has stopped new leases and permits for federal oil and gas drilling, MSN reported this week. – READ MORE

Los Angeles spending as much as $837,000 apiece for some housing units for homeless people – The homelessness epidemic reached new heights in Los Angeles during the COVID-19 pandemic. A National Vaccine Pass Has Quietly Rolled Out – And Red States Are Getting On Board – While the United States government has not issued a federal digital vaccine pass, a national standard has nevertheless emerged. To date, 21 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico offer accessibility to the SMART Health Card, a verifiable digital proof of vaccination developed through the Vaccination Credential Initiative (VCI), a global coalition of public and private stakeholders including Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, the Mayo Clinic and other health and tech heavyweights.

And very soon, at least four more states will be rolling out access to SMART Health Cards. “We’ve seen a notable uptick in states that have officially launched public portals where individuals can get verifiable vaccination credentials in the form of SMART Health Cards with a QR code,” says Dr. Brian Anderson, co-founder of the VCI and chief digital health physician at MITRE. – READ MORE

How Eisenhower Predicted Fauci – If it wasn’t obvious before, the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that science has become thoroughly politicized. Though normally focused on observable and verifiable causes and effects in the natural world, many scientists, especially government employed ones, have taken on a political role and have shaped scientific findings in the service of those political ends. The truth eventually came out, but at a massive cost to people’s mental health, finances and trust.

President Dwight Eisenhower foresaw this abuse by government scientists, and he shows us the way out. – READ MORE
