									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I believe many vegetables should not be eaten raw as we don’t have the ability to breakdown into bio available nutrients. I recently learned how damn easy it is to ferment vegtables. In this form you get the probiotics freely. </p>
<p>Step one pick out some fresh vegatables. So far I’ve done cucumbers, okra, aparagus, brussel sprouts, beets, dry beans&hellip;</p>

There was a TV show a few years back about guys in backwoods of NC turning old car leaf springs and what not into cool custom knives and selling locally &#8211; I&hellip;</p>
