Listening to the podcast something struck me.
I kept thinking why the hell would these dem city’s states ruin themselves?
So all the wealthy who can afford it bail out.
They take their voting habits like locusts.
the uniparty plays the long game. they want this.

Good point. I thought that a while ago. The other reason is to force real estate pricing so low that their friends can swoop in and buy them out.
