OSHA Suspends Enforcement of Vaccine Mandate as Conservative 6th Circuit Selected to Hear Case –  The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has officially suspended implementation and enforcement of its controversial COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private employers of 100 or more people.

The move puts businesses in an awkward position. On the one hand, with OSHA standing down for the time being, employers can relax their own measures towards demanding their employees be vaccinated or get tested weekly. But on the other hand, the Biden administration is continuing to urge private businesses to become enforcers of its vaccinate-everyone-no-matter-what fetish. – READ MORE


3 jabs to be ‘fully vaxxed’? Biden plans booster expansion – With public health officials acknowledging the rapidly waning effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines, the Biden administration is seeking immediate expansion of authorization for booster shots to all adults, according to an internal source.

Again! Nearly 100 students get wrong dose of COVID vaccine at school – For the second time in less than a week, dozens of children in the Washington, D.C., area were given the wrong dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

According to WTOP-TV in Washington, almost 100 students at South Lake Elementary School in Montgomery Village, Maryland, received a diluted amount of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine during a clinic on Nov. 10. – READ MORE

CDC: Overdose Deaths Are Worst Ever – More Americans died of drug overdoses between April 2020 and April 2021 than in any previous yearlong period, the Centers for Disease Control reported Wednesday.

The CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics found that more than 100,000 Americans died of overdosing, a nearly 30 percent spike from the year before and more than double the number of deaths in 2015. – READ MORE

Biden blames rising gas prices on ‘anti-consumer behavior’ from oil companies; industry fires back – President Joe Biden on Wednesday blamed collusion between oil and gas companies for rising prices at the pump and is asking the Federal Trade Commission to investigate “anti-consumer behavior.”

In a letter to FTC Chairwoman Lina Khan, Biden claimed there is “mounting evidence of anti-consumer behavior by oil and gas companies.” His letter comes as gas prices are at a seven-year high, on average more than a dollar more expensive than they were last year. – READ MORE
