Dems Sneak OSHA Enforcement Provision Into $3.5T Reconciliation Bill, Violations Of Biden Vaccine Mandate Could Now Cost $70K To $700K: Report – Over the weekend, House Democrats reportedly snuck a provision into the controversial $3.5 trillion “reconciliation” bill that could raise the fines for violating the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate from $14,000 per violation to $70,000 per violation, and “willful” and “repeat” violations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations could cost some businesses a shocking $700,000 per incident.

“Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats’ 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that ‘willfully,’ ‘repeatedly,’ or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees,” Forbes reported Tuesday. – READ MORE

Newsom says statewide vaccine mandate in schools is ‘on the table’ – California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Tuesday a potential statewide coronavirus vaccine mandate is “on the table” for students 12 and older and his office is discussing it with school districts across the state.

“We’re working very closely with their staff to understand the logistical challenges and hurdles,” Newsom told reporters, according to the Sacramento Bee. “There are issues that we are working through that are unique and distinctive by region. And so we’re in that process of adjudicating the larger consideration, as we said it’s on the table, but no announcement to make today.” – READ MORE

British Government Trying To Bypass Parliament To Implement Vaccine Passports – The British government has been accused of trying to bypass Parliament in an effort to implement vaccine passports via the backdoor, with the scheme under review AGAIN despite assurances it wasn’t being considered.

Whistleblower Alleges Border Patrol Agents Now Must Get Vaccinated or Face Termination – A whistleblower has alleged the Biden administration ordered U.S. Border Patrol agents to get vaccinated by November or else face termination even as thousands of coronavirus-positive migrants stream across the porous Southern Border.

In a letter addressed to DHS Chief Alejandro Mayorkas on Tuesday, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Ranking Member on the House Judiciary Committee, and Rep. United Airlines Set To Terminate 593 Workers For Refusing COVID-19 Vaccine – United Airlines is set to terminate 593 of its employees who have chosen not to comply with the company’s vaccine mandate, the company confirmed to The Epoch Times early Wednesday.

The company was the first U.S. carrier to mandate vaccines for all domestic employees, having announced its mandate in August. Employees were required to be vaccinated by Sept. 27, otherwise they would be terminated by Oct. 2. Those who refused the vaccine would be terminated outright. – READ MORE

YouTube Bans Prominent Vaccine Skeptics, Outlaws Vids That Question Safety or Effectiveness of Vaccines – YouTube is removing the channels of prominent anti-vaccine activists as part of its new policies to ban videos that claim approved vaccines are “ineffective or dangerous,” according to a new report.

Report: Federal Judge Took on 138 Cases Involving Companies in Which He Had a Financial Interest – A report in the Wall Street Journal published on Tuesday revealed the eye-opening information that 131 federal judges heard cases involving companies in which they or a spouse held a financial interest. Federal law “requires judges to disqualify themselves from cases if they, their spouse or minor children hold a financial interest in a plaintiff or defendant, including the interest of a beneficiary in assets held by a trust,” according to the Journal.

The judges expressed shock, shock, I say, at the notion they violated federal law and damaged the credibility of an independent, non-biased judiciary. – READ MORE

Poll Shows Most Americans Wildly Overestimate COVID Hospitalization Risks: Is the Media to Blame? – A new Gallup poll shows that when it comes to COVID risks, a lot of Americans have no idea what’s going on.

The poll, involving 3,158 adult Americans, tells us that 41% of Democrats believe the unvaccinated have a 50% chance of being hospitalized because of COVID. Independents believe the correct number is 26%, while Republicans came in at 22%. The correct answer: Fewer than 1% of unvaccinated people infected with COVID will have to go to the hospital. – READ MORE
