A friend of mine just outside of Denver said she couldn’t sleep after they changed out her street lamps. She spent a lot of money on a very large Verde blanket. It covers her entire bed and it was expensive!
She did say that it made a difference and she slept a lot better. Nothing scientific here, yet, she saw great improvement in her sleep.
