This is a group for quotes from the best of our Founding Fathers (as well as the man after whom this site is named). In a climate where it seems more attention is paid by certain of our elites to an Irish berk named Edmund |1|, ’tis vital that quotes from Mr. Paine be circulated more freely among the populace, that he may be remembered more often as America’s greatest hero. In short, the work that Mr. Reagan did during the ’80s to rehabilitate Mr. Paine’s reputation was merely preliminary; my hope with this group is to help finish what was thus started by the Gipper (even if some of his acolytes never knew he did so start it).
