    Recently, I was told by a relative in Law Enforcement, that NC citizens no longer have to purchase a Pistol Permit from their Sheriff’s Office in order to legally buy a handgun. Buying a pistol is the same now as buying a rifle or shotgun, with the exception of being 21 years of age. Anybody got any facts on this? Having a Democrat governor, I’m surprised this happened!
