Prayers for you and your Trish ,the fluid is really a big red flag , could lead to pulmonary edema I’m glad she’s going back to the ICU she needs that care . Please try to keep up your strength and eat a little something I’m so very sorry you are having to go through this .

Dana, keep up the work. You have to be your wife’s best advocate. I went through a similar water retention thing with my wife over a year ago and the Drs. in ICU finally found that she had pulmonary hypertension. They ended up getting over 100 pounds of fluid off her. She is better now but with a bi-pap machine for sleeping once they got her off the oxygen. She still checks her blood oxygen level everyday. Prayers for you and Trish! Keep on them like a junkyard dog!
