Harrowing Day….

I’m not great with words in circumstances like this, as I think I come off as being trite. Just know, I will lift you both up in prayer for healing, strength, comfort, guidance and knowledge for the people involved in her care. ❤

Man, now I’m even more upset that I haven’t been able to post/reply here for it seems, several weeks. I’m so sad to learn of your & Trish’s most recent nightmare, but I agree the postoperative news seems very promising. Much, much love * continued prayers!
Big shout out to Support!! Looks like this one is going to fly!

Hi Dana, I’m not good with checking in here but popped my head in this morning after Mike mentioned you needed prayers. I read your initial post and then the update. I’m sorry she and you are going through this. I’m sending you both much love, healing and strength to get through whatever He has planned for you. You’re both in my prayers, please reach out if I can do anything. ❤🙏

Hi Dana. I just saw your post. Sending 🙏🙏🙏 and 🙏 for a full recovery.

Sending healing prayers to your wife, Dana💒💒💒💒💒Comfort & hope to you as well as you help her through it. My dad had a fall right in front of my mom & she couldn’t do a thing……even if you’d been awake, those things just happen so fast, in a blink ……God Bless you & your wife for a complete recovery.

Tuesday. Just met with the doctors. Overall the doctors are pleased with Trish’s progress to date, but they’re leaning more towards the side of cautious optimism as opposed to breaking out the Champagne. They want to remove the neck collar they put on her to keep her head from moving, and pending the results of a swallowing test, they want to remove her feeding tube and start letting her eat soon. They keep stressing “baby steps,” and we’re just thankful for each one. And we’re thankful for each one of you too.
-
Many prayers in your direction!
May you be blessed with a happy outcome!

Thank you for the update, sounds like Trish is getting good care thankfully. Please take care of yourself Dana. Prayers for continued healing & positive baby steps for total recovery. 🙏
-
Thank you, Dana for checking in with your update. Will continue to lift in prayer for all needs concerning this. Hope YOU are doing okay, too. I know it’s hard, but take care of yourself, too. 🙏

We will do the thank you dance as each things gets set right. She is getting so much prayer and probably got a nibble of glory, watch her rise up stronger than ever, bolder and excited about the soon coming King. It would do her good to go through those verses again too. I am putting them in a course form where people can pull them up on their phone and will be adding associated teaching.
How God made our bodies to heal up and not die in this messed up world is fascinating and wonderful. Much love from the tippy top most NW woodsy woods and our unstoppable hearts.

Let the weak say I am strong – Joel 3:10
I am able to do all things through Christ who strengthens me – Philippians 4:13
People get better results if they say ‘I am strong in the Lord and the power of His might’ Ephesians 6:10
You guys have been through a lot of hardship and the other side is tempting, so we just had a robust prayer on the strength she needs (she hasn’t been eating either) but it will kick in better if she says she is strong.
You are a favorite in heaven, not just Paine family. They like rascals and trouble makers too. -
So happy to hear things are going better for Trish and it sounds like she has GREAT care… thank God! Thanks for the update Dana! God bless you and your wifey!!
-
Prayers to you and yours and to the family. I’m Glad things worked out and things are getting better.

Trish was moved to a room today. She is still weak on her left side, but seems to be moving just a little more as the days go by. She is crystal clear some of the time, and quite confused others. They said that is normal as the brain heals. There was an insult to the brain that occasioned the surgery, and insult stemming from the surgery itself. It’s disconcerting to witness the confusion, but we’ve been encouraged to hear that those who care for her are not alarmed. The Physical and Occupational Therapists have said she will need to go to a rehab facility after being discharged from the hospital. But they are encouraged too. Again, thank you so much for the prayers, friendship and support. I cannot express adequately how much they help. I’m in your debt.

This is wonderful news… will keep holding you tight in my thoughts as envisioning continued healing toward full recovery.
-
Thank you for the update, Dana. This is fantastic news! I am delighted to hear the treatment team is so optimistic. These types of insults/injuries do require time to heal. I will continue to remember her, and you, in prayer, praying specifically.
-
Excellent progress & news of Trishs’ continued healing. Please take care of yourself Dana, Trish needs you & the world needs your bright spirit. I am continuing to thank God for healing & hearing our prayers🙏.

We’re with you & fam & care workers every step. Thanks for the update.

Tremendous! Hospitals and rehab are expensive and boring, so let’s engage for accelerated healing.
Thank You Father for healing Trish and insulting hell for trying to take her down. Every injury and all damage is reduced and eliminated from her brain. Nerves, neurons and the lovely memories and body functions all up in there be restored by the power of Jesus through the active, energizing Holy Spirit. Continue to cradle Dana and Trish in peace and favor and let the atmosphere of heaven fill the room. Yes, on earth as it is in heaven and a little extra portion, please, to make up for her being strong and obliging us with staying so we can love and laugh with her some more.
Let the doctors, nurses and technicians always keep track of her situation and all medication works just right, with no side effects.
We thank You Father for providing for them financially as well to take care of this. We love You so much, You are good and Your mercy endures forever. In Jesus name, amen.
