Dark Clouds on the Horizon….

Mike’s buddy Dave said something pretty disturbing on today’s broadcast about Texas becoming a “blue state.” He said if Texas goes blue, that the next step is to put up tombstone for the Republican Party. Now I have no love for the GOP, but they do constitute “the devil you know.” And, if Republicans are in power, there’s a slight chance for civic and political improvement because all politicians are whores, and politicians want to stay in power, so the vote can be wielded as a club to keep them attentive to their base. The Dems won’t care if we vote for them or not; as if they win, the withholding of our votes does not matter. That said, I don’t believe the Republicans are worth the powder it would take to blow them up, but we (true conservatives, true patriots) do have some leverage over them, that we don’t have over the Democrats. But…I digress. Back to my point, while the GOP is basically feckless, the Dems are highly motivated to fix the electoral process to their favor. If they manage to pull it off, and the country goes “blue,” totalitarianism will become the law of the land. Now Mike and others have advocated for moving out, buying land, leaving the country, and getting off grid both literally and figuratively, but truth be told, many, if not most of us simply don’t have the resources to go and do that. For those of you who can do that, I’m happy for you. But, and this is an all caps BUT, what are the rest of us to do? We had better start thinking about what we’re going to do if/when “the whip comes down.” How can we network? How can we buy and sell if draconian vax laws (or worse) takes away our right to buy and sell? How do we hide that which once was legal, that all the sudden becomes illegal. Roosevelt made gold illegal to own. They can do it again, especially if digital currency becomes a reality. Most of Europe, Australia and other once free countries have all but outlawed firearms. In the wild regions of Mexico, where jaguars are a present reality, one might get a permit to own a single shot shotgun, but never a rifle or a pistol. We can board up the windows, load up the guns, and have our own private Alamos. Romantic, but not very practical, unless dying in a hail of bullets is the last item on your bucket list. But if it’s not the last item on you’re bucket list, then what are we to do if the country goes blue, and life as we know it changes…which it can? We need to start waxing subversive here at the Green Dragon Tavern. I’m open for suggestions.

Build a group of people to enforce the constitution and go state by state, it will catch like wildfires if done right. Maybe 15% of a jurisdictions citizens can legally force referendums to be put on ballots at public polls independently without legislative interference. That’d a fight worth fighting for. Fight for legal referendums to expell a congress and vote in new members because the rights of a jurisdiction of civilians was violated.

I’d start with a single town and maybe approach it with a petition with enough local signatures to force something onto the town ballots. I’d have to research how my town works to give a good example or find other approaches to force something onto a local ballot. That’s what the constitution calls for allows reserves these rights for the citizens independent of the legislature.

I agree with both of your sentiments. I called in this morning after todays show and spoke to the effect of taking back at the local level, but your step further to encompass the state would be the logical next step. Speaking as a born and raised Texan, I think it’s still possible.

It would take the right kind of cointelpro to counter theirs, but I think it’s doable. Really hone in on the millennial generation and younger – you gotta spoon feed these folks in small doses, and not hit em all at once with the bank safe from jump. I’ve had this podcast idea I want to do with my brother to target those exact demographics. He lives in the social media streets because of his job. I’ve been in the intel streets, and I can diffuse the government sponsored social media narratives that are so popular in each moment. We also listen to Mike’s show when we get together from time to time, so he understands most of the ops that are ran today. I think that’s how we attack it.

I don’t disagree with your proposal, but if the country goes blue, petitions and ballot referendums are not going to work. Again, I agree we should do what you suggest while there is time left so to do, and do so aggressively. But what do we do once the ship has sailed? What do we do if real totalitarianism sets up shop? How do we go underground? How do we protect and keep each other fed? How do we communicate if they take over the internet and digital and cellular systems?

I don’t understand why you would say the ship has sailed when it turns blue? I say your chances are better once it turns blue clearly, more people will be angry! Blue doesn’t mean anything to the constitution, its still the same law and it doesn’t matter what a legislature tries to do they cannot stop such a fight without riling up more people…

We should attempt to form “Paine” communities within each state. I’m in Texas. I wonder if @mike would may stats available for his subscribers by state (numbers of)?

    Dana,

Hope you’re doing well. I listened to the show as well and knew this would be an issue decades ago. I’m not as worried about R v D because I know Technocracy and Transhumanism are the real concern, and both R and D are on board with it (including Trump and DeSantis). I stopped doing the show a couple of months ago and my wife, son, and I have been visiting WV properties almost every weekend. Technocracy is even coming to WV – at warp speed. I’ve reviewed several county development plans over the last few weeks and they are straight out of UN sustainability blueprints. On top of that my wife inherited rural land in Poland and we were contemplating building a home there. But the US is there now and Poland is slowly being shifted to technocratic materialism. Everywhere will be conquered soon. In the meantime, our goal is to get land and homestead for awhile. I believe we can last longer in the mountains than in cities or suburbs. At least my son doesn’t have to grow up seeing purple haired trannies at the gas station (for now). My dream scenario would be for a dozen or so families from PTV to pool their resources and purchase 500 acres in WV together. There are many reasons we picked WV and I’ll eventually do a show about it. It’s a project I could lead as I have hundreds of hours invested in WV acreage search. It’s a ton of work, but well worth the effort (in my opinion). We are heading out tomorrow to look at another place on Saturday. We should do a Greendragon show where everyone can call in and we can brainstorm.

You all should check out Iowa. At least taxes are low and the governor is sane. Land is cheap and plentiful. And the people are, for the most part, good, decent and god-fearing. Plus low taxes. I moved here from Nevada 18 years ago. I’ve never regretted it.

I would argue that 7/8th of the World’s population will not get on board with this. This is a self-imposed death spiral that will effect only the Global elites and the Western countries. The worst is yet to come.

I do not disagree. But what do we do, the ones who will do something? I liked Smittie’s suggestion above, about forming local Paine communities. Summer’s coming; might be a thought to have several localized meet and greets. We could share contact info and intel that we might otherwise be hesitant to do on a semi-public/semi-private forum. Something like that is at least a reasonable start.

Agree . Whatever’s coming is coming. Your right that networking with like minded is key. I wish a physical community was an easy thing to create. It’s not. You almost instantly need rules and regulations for one. I use “community” the way the left does and other groups. Not associated with a physical place. The Mennonite , Puerto Rican ,Italian , Biker communities in my area are tight. But not necessarily live together. The Mennonites and Bikers particularly will travel quite a bit to congregate. Also , a physical community would be targeted , likely sooner, than individuals of a network. Proximate but not together is my idea.

Another angle to give careful consideration. Watching and learning from other communities from bikers to Mennonites, and emulating their positive traits is an excellent idea.

Also, since Summer’s coming, it might be a good idea to start frequenting local farmer’s markets, buy their food, and start building relationships with them.

    @dana.acker
One group we’re partnering with has plans in the next three years to secure food supply, banking, clothing, education and ministry operations to not be hiding out, but also never having church members needing to comply to get food and money. Locally, we’ll do what we can as well.
As a believer in Christ and adherent best as I can to the Bible, I am not finding a lot of Scriptural support for totally hiding out. There is no doubt from Luke 9 on, that being a disciple of Christ means you take up ‘your cross’ which means you will be persecuted and possibly executed.
I keep paying here because I want the intel and want to encourage people. The Hotwire episodes and community here have been very valuable and actionable.
We have taken a lot of measures to secure food and the ability to produce food and other things we need. Due to our location, it was apparent during the shut downs that we need to be 6 months or a year ahead.
In prayer, the direction I got was to do these things so we aren’t distracted and can be in full service to help people and evangelize when it gets worse. We also have been practicing multiplying food, fuel and other needed things the miracle way… ie keeping a tank of propane for the house going for 3 winters, tubes of toothpaste that look empty producing a pea sized blob (or more), 3 times a day for 3 to 4 months, pots of soup that feed a dozen people, sending some home with them and still having half left.
The other thing we’re doing is securing our immediate community by getting rid of witches and larger drug dealers. We pray that they get turned for God but if they won’t then that they are compelled to leave by choice or law enforcement. You can pull back a lot of violence and trouble with prayer. The church is to be a ‘restrainer’ of evil.

Wow, really good stuff there, Kathryn. Like you, I see nowhere in Scripture where believers are told to hide from the coming storm. In fact Jesus had the habit of getting His disciples into the boat and having them head directly (and often unknowingly) into storms. In the end time passages of Isaiah, Daniel, Ezekiel, Jesus, John, Paul, and Peter, we are called to “perseverance,” and “overcoming,” which are moot points if we’re hiding in caves. Last I checked, the “Great Commission” has not been called off, and will be hard to fulfill from positions of retreat and hiding. You have a lot of good and practical ideas. If we’re going to survive in order to persevere and overcome, we have to indeed be “…wise as serpents and as harmless as doves….” As you and your believing community continue to formulate plans and their implementation, please do share. We will all stand together if we can learn tips and techniques for survival from each other, which, I personally believe are from God. Hopefully we all learned something from the Covid toilet paper shortages and outages. Throwing an extra can of soup or beans, or bandaids, alcohol 70%, toothpaste etc., etc., etc., each time we shop, and start building pantries with which we can help our communities and the needy is not a wasted effort. We are to provide for our families to the extent that we can, but that provision is a gift, also to be shared with those less fortunate. A hungry man is going to be less receptive to the Gospel, than a hungry man with a full belly, if you get my drift. My ministerial intern work was in a skid row rescue mission. We did witness and preach to the down and out lost souls, but we also fed and clothed them. Even Jesus fed the masses before teaching them.

We have arrived at a time where madness prevails, where insanity has been given free rein to run its course. The players have reached the end game, and they know it! It’s all or nothing for them. Three sheets to the wind they ply their course, onward to the victory that they so desperately need. World domination, or hidden identity, could well be necessary for their survival.

With the removal of many of the living from Earth, and many-more submissive to “their rules”, the tamed and confused public, who show little resistance or understanding – THEY may even be given to feel the arrogance of victory, the notion that they have made it through – they may. It is now up to everyone still able to resist, and there are many, to take a stand and resist. No, this is not a drill. In a way it’s good to know where we stand – all or nothing for them, all or nothing for us. All for them would be the suppression of everyone on Earth; All for me and I suspect the same for you, would be that They would fuck off ! FUCK OFF AND DIE would be better.

You’re right; this is not a drill. We need to take advantage of what time we have, and give serious thought to what’s been suggested. We need to start organizing into likeminded communities and networks, and then network with other like minded communities to share intel, info, and goods and services to get ourselves more ready for when the whip comes down for real.

    Report from Harris County Texas

We have this guy Clifford Tatum who ran elections in DC and we will be electing a new mayor November 7 2023. Sheila Jackson Lee is running for mayor. Now if there’s anybody who can rig an election it’s Lee with the help of Tatum. I’m worried Houston Texas will become a major shit hole if she gets into power. She has arraigned to keep her seat in DC while she runs here.

I’m not worried about Red or Blue at all. I really don’t think it would be that difficult of an endeavor to organize a bunch of angry people in a town to start enforcing the constitution. I don’t think you’ll find another way where enough people could agree on the solution. I wouldn’t want to be an American family caught in Poland during war time, thats asking to be massacred in my honest opinion. Coming from someone with Polish relatives that escaped Poland before ww2 Poland has a terrible history and track record of human rights.

The problem is most people have never read the constitution, and they’re either too lazy to care, or too mesmerized by their electronic devices to be bothered. Religion used to be called, “the opiate of the masses.” Now it’s technology. It’s like I like to say, a revolt (even a grassroots movement) would, today, be hard to pull off because you can’t get Netflix in a foxhole. As to Russia, I agree, that for our benefit, partnering with them would make great sense. You’re correct, in that they produce the best and most nutritious food on the planet. Also we are much closer to the Russian people in many more respects than we are the Chinese. A Russia/USA partnership would keep the Chinese in check as well. But alas, that ship has sailed, and mostly because our leaders maliciously fabricated so many lies and accusations about Russia just to get at Trump, and, we (in effect) declared war against them by militarily backing corrupt Ukraine with billions and billions of dollars and sophisticated weaponry to be used against the Russians. We really shot ourselves in the foot (maybe even in the head) by making Russia our enemy, and that’s exactly what our politicians did; they knowingly and deliberately made Russia our enemy. Now they’ve partnered with China and we’re likely irreparably screwed as a result.

We forget it was the Russians who alerted and warned our intelligence and law enforcement agencies about the two brothers who pulled off the Boston Marathon bombing. And, the Russians did so ahead of time, so that if we had acted on the intelligence they gave us, we could have prevented it. That doesn’t sound like the act of a hostile government. We turned around and took a dump in their coffee coffee cup as a way to thank them.

I’m keeping it simple. The constitution is simple to teach and people using the constitution to lawfully organize a way to put stuff on local ballots legitimizes the process. Back to the basics, keep it simple. Maybe start with somthing mundane as to not ruffle feathers at first. Legitimize it and then load up the shotgun. Finding a way to put stuff on ballots such as let’s say outlawing digitalized ballot counting systems etc or voter ID…. The legislature can’t fight that and if they try it’ll only bring advertisement.

Here is a place to find local, raw milk. There are more options than you may think. And if you don’t know anyone personally who has goats, cows, etc to buy from–this could be a good place to start making those connections. I am looking into making butter. I figure if all goes to cheese, I’ll be the one who can provide butter. I have a tool to barter.

Our forefathers tried to escape tyranny and were followed. The had to fight their oppressors to be free. There’s no way we will be left alone because it would be viewed as an affront to their self anointed superiority.
