I heard that a lot over the last few weeks. Hospitals that under pay and under appreciate nurses are losing them to the traveling nurse market. It’s not good for patients, but too many nurses have been paid miserly and have had to take a lot of crap along with that. They deserve whatever life and career advancement they can find. More power to them.
