So I was just told tonight by my employer here in Pa. that as of July 3 that we would no longer be required to wear a mask at work if we could prove that we are fully vaccinated. This is a “Hilton” requirement. Another giant corporation following the Center’s for Destroying the County guidelines. Is this not a violation of Hippaa laws? Any lawyers in the crowd? They are not allowed to ask if anyone is HIV positive, Hep C positive etc. Have the laws changed in regards to this charade? Thank you for any insight.
